Returns and Refunds Policy
Burn Boot Camp Headquarters strives to provide the highest quality customer service to our Franchise Partners. As such, Burn Retail will honor returns and refunds according to the criteria below.
Burn Retail will guarantee the quality and workmanship of retail apparel, accessories, products, and other merchandise. If you have a quality concern, please submit a ticket in the Burn Support Portal (BSP) through the pathway: Retail > Order Support > Order Issue.
Returns
Burn Retail will issue replacements or refunds on apparel, products, and merchandise only in the event the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or in the event an item received is a different item than the one ordered. For other return considerations, please submit a ticket in the Burn Support Portal.
Return Process
- Locations must notify Customer Care by submitting a ticket in the Burn Support Portal within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt.
- Support tickets must include the order number and a picture of the items in question.
- Return approvals are subject to Burn Retail’s discretion.
- Please be sure to follow the instructions provided by Customer Care via the support ticket as these may vary slightly from case to case.
- Approved requests may be subject to a restocking fee; restocking fees vary dependent on volume of order.
- Please allow at least five (5) business days from the receipt of your item to process your request.
Return Restrictions
- Burn Retail will not grant returns or issue refunds on unsold products as a result of over-purchasing or underselling.
- Pre-order items are non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. Pre-order items may not be cancelled once the order is placed.
- Custom orders and other personalized items may not be returned except for instances of manufacturer defects.
- All clearance sales are final. All sales on discounted items are final and they cannot be returned.
Refunds
If your return is approved for a refund, please keep in mind the following:
- Refunds will be processed within 24 hours after the return has been approved.
- Refunds will be sent to the original method of payment.
- Refunds may take up to five (5) days to post.
Exchanges
Burn Retail does not honor exchanges at this time.
Burn Nutrition
Burn Retail will guarantee the quality of Burn Nutrition products. If you have a need for a return or quality concern, please submit a ticket in the Burn Support Portal.
Returns
Return Process

- Returns made based on defects (unusual taste or smell) may be asked to be shipped back to the manufacturer for inspection at Burn Retail's expense.
- Items that are damaged in cosmetic appearance, but the quality of the product is not compromised may be returned with Burn Retail approval but may be subject to a restocking fee.
- Returns made on the basis of cosmetic appearance must be shipped according to shipping label instructions within 7 days of receiving the shipping label.
- Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee; restocking fees vary dependent on the volume of order.
- Please allow at least five (5) business days from receipt of your item to process your request.
