Returns/Exchanges
Thank you for shopping with Burn Boot Camp! We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. All requests for a refund, return, or exchange must be requested within 14 days of delivery date.
If you decide the items aren’t for you, we will gladly issue you a store credit for any unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached within 14 days of the original delivery date. After the 14-day window, all items become final sale. Please note that shipping charges will not be credited.
The store credit total will be credited to your Burnbootcamp.com account and sent to the email address associated with the original purchase, less the cost of the original shipping and return shipping fees*. Please allow us up to 7 business days to receive and process your return.
Nutrition items are non- returnable or refundable. Items marked Final Sale are non-returnable or refundable.
We are happy to issue even exchanges. If the item desired is a different price than the originally ordered item, we will issue a credit, and a new order will need to be placed by the customer for the replacement item.
We do not accept returns for items purchased at Burn Boot Camp locations. Any items purchased through the Burn Boot Camp online store must be processed through our web store, and e-commerce returns will not be accepted at any gym location.
