WHEN TO ORDER
Burn Boot Camp Meals are made fresh at the beginning of each week. Prepping /cooking starts early Monday and Tuesday mornings, and meals leave our kitchen on the very same day they are made. Meals are shipped via UPS and will arrive 2-3 business days after they are made.
Because of this, our order cutoff is Sunday evening at 8:30 pm EST. All orders that come in after this cutoff deadline will be made the following week.

Burn Nutrition focuses on convenient, portion-controlled, high-protein meals made by professional chefs, using only the highest quality whole foods. Unfortunately, the word “healthy” can be ambiguous, but we pride ourselves on researching our ingredient choices and setting high standards.
How do I view the menu without signing up?

Are meals fresh or frozen?
Meals are made fresh and delivered at refrigerated temperatures (37 degrees). You may choose to freeze meals upon delivery to extend the shelf life.
How many people does one meal feed?
Meals are designed to be single-serve.
How much do Burn Boot Camp Meals cost?

Can I customize my meals based on dietary preferences or dislikes?
- Transparency is important to Burn, and we prioritize providing as much nutrition information to our customers about every ingredient in every recipe as possible.
- Because an expansive amount of dietary preferences and needs exist, we cannot accommodate each one. We leave it to our customers to review the ingredients and determine which meals best meet their dietary needs.
Can I sample or try a single meal before committing to a subscription?
Because we want our users to sample many recipesand flavors, our subscriptions are limited to 6 and 12 packs. Our subscription policy is flexible, and Members can choose to cancel at any time without penalty.
NUTRITION & INGREDIENTS
Where are your ingredients sourced from?
Our first stop for ingredients is our local vendors. Ingredients are sourced from local vendors whenever possible. When ingredients are not locally grown, our food supplier is Sysco. Sysco is a global leader in food distribution to restaurants, healthcare, and educational facilities.
How does the manufacturer ensure that meat and poultry come from safe suppliers?
- Sysco employs a team of 196 full-time quality assurance associates and 35 contracted inspectors dedicated to quality assurance.
- We use only Halal-certified meat and poultry.
Do you offer vegetarian or vegan meals?
Currently, we do not have vegetarian or vegan meals. Stay tuned!
Do you offer gluten-free options?
Yes, most meals are gluten-free. All pasta is gluten-free chickpea rotini pasta. These meals are marked with a flag to indicate they are gluten free.
Do you offer dairy-free options?
Yes, dairy-free meals are marked with a flag to indicate that the meal is dairy-free.
How many calories are in each meal?
Calories in each meal will vary but overall, each meal will contain under 500 total calories.
Are these meals for weight loss?
Although Burn Boot Camp Meals are not designed specifically for weight loss, the portion-controlled clean ingredients used in the meals are perfect for fueling your body with only the balanced essentials.
Are your meals on nutrition apps (i.e., MyFitnessPal)?
We currently enter our meals into MyFitnessPal. If you use this app, you don't have to enter the macros for individual meals; we do that work for you! If you use any other nutrition counter app, you must enter the nutrition details manually.
Please do not use the barcode to scan the meal into MyFitnessPal. You will need to type in "Burn Boot Camp Meals - name of meal" to see the correct calorie and macro information.
How do I view ingredients and nutritional information?
All ingredients and nutritional information are listed on the meal sleeve. Additionally, ingredients and nutrition information will be available on the Burn Boot Camp website.
What if I have an allergy?
All allergen information can be found on our meal sleeves (packaging) and on our website. If you have an allergy or food sensitivity, please be sure to carefully review the ingredients in each meal before placing your order. Our meals list the 8 major allergens on each ingredient label per requirements.
Do you offer plans for people with special requirements?
Meal selection is not based on specific “plans.” Instead, consumers can select meals al-a-carte.

How do I view my order history?
You can view all your order history for both subscription and one-time purchases from your Customer Account Portal. Once logged in, you'll see our portal homepage. You can view your order by year under Order History.
How many days do I have to cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions can be canceled anytime from your Customer Account Portal. Please note, we are not able to modify or cancel an order that has already processed. Orders are processed immediately after your weekly cutoff.
Follow these steps to cancel the subscription on your account:
- Once logged in to your account, you'll see our portal homepage.
- You can view your active and paused subscriptions under the Subscriptions section and Subscriptions tab.
- If you want to cancel your subscription, you can opt to "Cancel" by clicking Manage subscription.
- You can click on the Cancel icon (stop sign). You will be prompted to confirm your desire to cancel.
How do I pause my subscription?
- You can view all upcoming orders from your Customer Account Portal. Once logged in, you'll land on our portal homepage
- You can view your active and paused subscriptions under the Subscriptions section and Subscriptions tab.
- If you want to pause your subscription, click Manage Subscription.
- To pause your subscription, simply choose a date for it to automatically resume within the next six months. If you don't select a specific date, your subscription will be paused for 30 days by default.
How do I edit my order?
- You can view all upcoming orders from your Customer Account Portal. Once logged in, you'll see our portal homepage.
- You can view your next order under the Subscriptions section and Next Order tab.
- If you want to edit items within your bundled subscription for your next order, you can choose to "Edit" the bundled box by clicking Manage Next Order.
How do I change my password?
Forgot your password or need to change it? No problem!
On Web (Desktop, Laptop, Mobile, or Tablet):

- If you just want to change your password, make sure you are logged out of your account.
- Click on the person icon in the top right-hand corner of the page.
- Click "Forgot Your Password?" underneath the password prompt.
- Input the email address associated with your account and click "Submit".
- You'll receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password and re-access your account.

- Navigate to the Shop button.
- Make sure you are logged out of your Shop account.

- Click "Forgot Your Password?" underneath the password prompt.
- Input the email address associated with your account and click "Submit".

How do I change the email address on my account?
You can change the email address used to log into your account from your Customer Account Portal.
- Once logged in, you’ll land on our portal homepage.
- You can view your current login information under Settings.
- Click Change email.
- A modal will open, prompting you to enter the new email you’d like to use.
- Enter the updated email address and click Confirm.
How can I change the delivery address on my account?
- Address for next order: You can view all upcoming orders from your Customer Account Portal. Once logged in, you'll land on our portal homepage. If you need to change the delivery address for your next order, you can opt to "Edit address" by clicking Manage next order. You can click on the Edit address icon, indicated with a house. You will be prompted to confirm a new address.
- Address for subscription: You can view all upcoming subscription orders from your Customer Account Portal. Once logged in, you'll land on our portal homepage. If you need to change the delivery address for your entire subscription, you can opt to "Edit address" by clicking Manage Subscriptions. You can click on the Edit address icon (house). You will be prompted to confirm a new address.
How do I cancel my subscription?
- You can view all upcoming subscription orders from your Customer Account Portal. Once logged in, you'll see our portal homepage.
- You can view your active and paused subscriptions under the Subscriptions section and Subscriptions tab.
- If you want to cancel your subscription, you can opt to "Cancel" by clicking Manage subscription.
- You can click on the Cancel icon (stop sign). You will be prompted to confirm your desire to cancel. Please note if you are cancelling your subscription within the Burn App, you must scroll to the left to locate the Cancel button.
Are there any penalties or fees for modifying or canceling my subscription?
We do not implement fees for modifying/canceling. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time.
How can I change the default payment method on a subscription?
- You can view all upcoming orders from your Customer Account Portal. Once logged in, you'll see our portal homepage.
- You can view your active and paused subscriptions under the Subscriptions section and Subscriptions tab.
- If you want to update the payment method for your subscription, you can choose "Edit payment" by clicking Manage Subscription.
- You can click on the Edit payment icon (wallet). You will receive a notification to your email with a link to securely update the payment method associated with your subscription.
How do I skip a delivery?
- You can view all upcoming orders from your Customer Account Portal. Once logged in, you'll see our portal homepage.
- You can view your next order under the Subscriptions section and Next order tab.
- If you do not want your next scheduled order, you can choose to "Skip" by clicking Manage Next Order.
- You can click on the Skip icon (skip forward arrow).
- You will be prompted to confirm or cancel your choice, in addition to viewing when your next scheduled order will process if you confirm to skip.
Do you offer any guarantees or refunds if I'm not satisfied with the taste or quality of the meals?
We pride ourselves on creating delicious, high-quality meals designed to fuel our hardworking community of Members. With all the work we put into creating meals above the rest, we understand that not everyone enjoys the same combination of flavors. Unfortunately, due to our meals' fresh nature, we cannot offer any one size fits all satisfaction guarantee.

When should I expect my delivery to arrive?

What if I have special delivery instructions?
If you have a suite number or gate/security code, you can enter this information when entering your normal address. Other information will be communicated as best as possible by UPS.
Do you ship meals nationwide?
We deliver to all 48 continental states! So, we can deliver meals if you reside in the USA, excluding Alaska or Hawaii!
How do you ensure that products stay cold in transit?
- Meals are prepared and refrigerated via insulated shipping coolers and gel ice packs.
- Regional shipping strategies are created on a weekly basis to ensure the weather and shipping conditions are navigated in real-time.
- The gel packs may be partially thawed upon delivery; however, if your meals are cool to the touch, they are fine to eat or store in the freezer or fridge until their expiration date.
How can I locate the tracking number for my shipment?
An automated email containing tracking information will be sent once the meal pack has left the origination UPS facility and is in transit to its destination.
How do you keep food fresh in transit?
Our VSP vacuum sealing preserves food by slowing the growth of bacteria naturally found in food. This differs from MAP (modified atmosphere packaging), which pumps gases into your meals and alters the atmosphere within the packaging. VSP is of a higher standard and generally considered safer.
What happens if I am not home?
If you're not home when a delivery arrives, the shipping carrier will typically leave your order at your doorstep. We recommend placing any perishable items in the refrigerator as soon as you can, since these ingredients are sensitive to temperature. Depending on the weather and temperature in your area at the time of delivery, you might need to plan ahead to ensure the ingredients are stored properly and immediately.
How do you guarantee the safety of your products?
Food safety is our top priority. Every single meal is made under USDA inspection. It follows the strictest Good Manufacturing Procedures (GMPs) and Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs) developed by our food safety team in conjunction with leading university specialists. We also go above and beyond by scheduling additional 3rd party audits/inspections conducted by highly accredited professionals.
What do I do if my meals arrive damaged or missing an item?
Please keep in mind that returns are not available for Burn Boot Camp Meals. However, if your meals arrive damaged or a meal is missing, don't worry! Just let us know within 48 hours of delivery and we'll work on getting them replaced for you. To begin the process, please reach out to our Customer Care Team.
My ice packs were not fully frozen when my meals arrived. Is the food safe?
Pharmaceutical grade insulation and frozen gel ice packs are used to keep your meals at refrigerated temperatures. Gel ice packs may not be fully frozen (below 32 degrees) upon arrival but will remain at refrigerated temperatures (~40 degrees).
Once the interior of a meal pack is exposed to room temperature air the gel packs and meals will warm quickly. We recommend placing your meals in the refrigerator immediately after the meal pack is opened.
Will my meals be delivered on holidays?
UPS observes certain holidays throughout the year, which may affect your meal delivery schedule. If your meal delivery falls on a holiday, please note that your meals will likely arrive one day later than usual. You can find UPS's holiday schedule HERE.
ENJOYING MY MEALS
How do I prepare and cook my meals?
- Meals have heating instructions on the back of each label.
(1) Remove the tray from the sleeve.
(2) Following specific heating instructions on each label.
- Meals can be heated in the oven, but ingredients MUST BE REMOVED FROM TRAY AND PLACED ON OVEN SAFE PAN.
- We recommend that meals be heated to an internal temperature of at least 165 degrees.
What is the shelf life of the meals?
- Our home-shipped meals are produced in our vacuum packaging. This allows the meals to have a shelf life of 14 days after production. Each menu item produced in vacuum packaging gets lab-tested to ensure product safety throughout the shelf life of the meal.
- New meals are tested safe to 21 days, but we backdate them to 14 days out of an abundance of caution.
- Although our meals are designed to be eaten fresh, you can freeze them before the "use by" date. Reheat from frozen without thawing, making sure that the food has reached 165 degrees.

Packaging and Sustainability
Can I recycle the packaging materials?
- Recycling shipping materials is a crucial step in reducing environmental impact and conserving natural resources.
- Our corrugated shipping boxes and paperboard sleeves are fully recyclable and should be broken down for easy transport to your local recycling center.
- Our Sustainable Cotton Shippers are made with biodegradable and compostable insulation produced from recycled cotton. The insulation is wrapped in white poly film. The film has additives that help to facilitate bio-disintegration, typically within 18 months.
- The black trays are BPA free and are made of a #5 recyclable material.
- Our durable gel ice packs are long-lasting and can be refrozen and reused in your own coolers. If you do not plan to reuse the ice packs for yourself, they can be cut open and poured in the trash, the gel is NON-toxic. The #4 plastic can be recycled along with the #4 recyclable silver liner. Most curbside recycling pickups do not take #4 recyclables and they must be separated and oftentimes dropped off separately at your local recycling center.
